When we fell in love with skin care, we were horrified to find out that the Food and Drug Administration does not require any pre-market testing or approval before beauty products hit the shelves. Many of the ingredients in U.S. skin care products have been banned in Europe and other countries, as scientific studies suggest that they could be linked to cancer, reproductive harm and neurotoxicity.

We are committed to delivering the highest ingredient safety standards by avoiding known harmful ingredients. Therefore, we have created a list of ingredients we choose to not use in our skincare products. This list will continue to expand as new studies of safe skincare emerges.

Our products do not contain and we recommend anyone to stay clear of the following chemicals:

- Aluminium

- Avobenzone

- Benzalkonium Chloride

- Benzoic Acid and Sodium Benzoate

- BHT and BHA

- Borax

- Colors

- Coal tar

- Dihydroxyacetone

- Hydroquinone

- Formaldehyde

- Mineral Oil

- Monoethanolamine

- Diethanolamine

- Triethanolamine

- Musk

- Phenoxyethanol
